override.studioPrivacy policy
Effective October 28, 2026. In short: your videos and FIT files never leave your browser; we only store data if you create an account, and you can request its deletion.
Controller
override.studio is a personal project. For any request about your data (access, rectification, erasure), open an issue in the project repository.
Data we store
If you browse without an account, we store nothing about you.
If you create an account, we store your email, a hash of your password (never plaintext), your sessions (they expire after 30 days) and the templates you sync to the cloud.
If you connect Intervals.icu, we store your API key encrypted and use it only to fetch your activities and their data.
What never leaves your machine
Your videos and .FIT files are processed entirely in your browser with WebCodecs. Rendering is 100% local: those files are never uploaded to our servers.
Third parties
Hosting and cookieless analytics: Cloudflare. Fonts: self-hosted, no third-party requests. Optional telemetry: Intervals.icu, only if you connect your key. We sell or share data with nobody else.
Cookies
Only the session cookie, strictly necessary to keep you signed in. No tracking cookies and no consent banner, because none is needed.
Your rights
You can disconnect Intervals.icu anytime from the app. To access, rectify or erase your account data, open an issue and we will handle it. We keep account data while the account exists; sessions expire after 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date on this page.
