Pull your telemetry from Intervals.icu
If your activities live in Intervals.icu, skip downloading .FIT files: connect your personal API key and pick the activity inside the app.
How it connects
You need an override.studio account and your personal API key, at the bottom of your Intervals.icu settings page. The app validates it against your athlete before storing it.
The key is stored encrypted on your account and only fetches your activities and their streams. You can forget it anytime with “Disconnect”.
What each activity brings
The list shows your activities in 30-day windows (up to 12 pages back). Picking one downloads its per-second streams: power, HR, speed, GPS and more.
Start time is interpreted with the activity time zone, just like a local FIT: syncing with video works the same.
Steps
- Sign in. Sign in to your account (or create it): the Intervals.icu connection lives on your user.
- Open “Pick from Intervals”. Next to the FIT area you will find the button to pick from Intervals.icu.
- Paste your API key. Copy your personal key from the bottom of your Intervals.icu settings and paste it. The app validates it on the spot.
- Pick the activity. Browse the 30-day windows with Previous/Next and pick your workout.
- Sync and render. From here everything matches the FIT flow: sync the clip, pick a template, render.
Tips
- If you rotate your Intervals.icu key, the stored one stops working: the app will ask you to paste it again.
- Without GPS (indoor), map widgets render empty: use numeric data.
- “Disconnect” forgets your key on the server but keeps your templates.
